Many healthcare organizations today face the challenge of managing multiple systems across multiple teams. When an issue arises, such as a piece of equipment malfunctioning, operations teams can better solve the challenge on a single platform that connects everything together.

In PK’s recent webinar, The Connected Workplace for Healthcare, I was joined by Dustin Smith, senior solution consultant at Nuvolo to demonstrate how the solution can vastly improve healthcare organizations’ clinical and facilities service and asset management capabilities. It does this by leveraging a connected platform on ServiceNow. Dustin walked participants through the benefits of the platform, including a use case, and I spoke about PK’s experience and expertise in implementing it.

The Nuvolo solution gives healthcare organizations a single source of truth for all their systems, greatly increasing collaboration and productivity, and allows for a truly connected workplace. It can also consolidate multiple legacy asset management solutions, a necessity for many healthcare organizations, and is device agnostic. This ultimately results in better patient care, more streamlined operations and reductions in long-term costs.
