My colleague Marko Muellner and I recently had the opportunity to interview Jeff Gothelf, author of Lean UX, Sense & Respond, and most recently, Forever Employable. In our previous two discussions, we focused on combating the organizational silo mindset and how to build a culture of humility at enterprise organizations.
