The company faced the daunting task of migrating to a new tool that touches and impacts almost every aspect of its IT business. PK partnered with the company to help them define, design, and migrate from its existing ITSM tool into ServiceNow. It leveraged multiple applications and integrations to support the day-to-day IT needs of the organization.
PK held workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed sprint requirements and held custom design sessions to determine the look and feel of the customer-facing Service Portal. It also helped integrate with third-party systems to centralize requests.
