Disney Studios engaged PK to help reimagine and design a future strategy for fostering fan engagement and loyalty. The existing loyalty program, Disney Movie Rewards, was seeing limited growth. PK brought expertise in loyalty program strategy and design to help refine the program concept, structure, and benefits, and quickly document requirements for program development.
