At PK, we value the professional development of all our employees. We strive to create a more dynamic workforce by focusing on the diversity of culture, gender, beliefs, and skills. To further develop Women in Leadership, we have a women’s mentorship program to pair up female employees with female PK executives.
The goal of this program is to promote growth, learning, and leadership skills among our email leadership. The mentor’s role is to provide guidance and fresh perspectives to their mentees, using their past knowledge and experiences to enrich their mentee’s experience at PK as well as in their personal lives. Our goal is for employees to have a rich and vibrant experience while at PK and to have continued growth.
